CoreLogic Chooses Mercury Network For Appraisal Management With Native XML Data

Oklahoma City, OK – a la mode announced today that CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX) has chosen to connect their ValuEdge™ platform with Mercury Network for receipt of the Native XML appraisal data needed for streamlined UMDP compliance.

The integration will be developed through a custom plugin that connects CoreLogic with the largest network of real estate appraisers with 100% nationwide coverage. The plugin will run an extensive set of quality control rules against the report prior to delivery and will bundle the completed report in both PDF and Native MISMO 2.6 XML formats. The completed appraisal will be delivered from the appraiser's desktop directly to the ValuEdge platform and helps position CoreLogic to comply with the GSEs' mandated UMDP program. This partnership also enables CoreLogic to connect to any appraiser regardless of the software the appraiser chooses.
