Putting Our Money Where Our Mouth Is

As we've said all year, it takes more to build an effective online appraisal ordering and delivery system than simply creating a website and sending a few e-mail solicitations. It takes time, infrastructure and millions of dollars in targeted, coordinated marketing. We're exhibiting at the Mortgage Bankers Association trade show, marketing to client lists provided by our appraiser customers, doing direct mail and magazine advertising costing hundreds of thousands, as well as doing other marketing and promotional activities.
