Oklahoma City, OK — a la mode announced today that SFREP (Software for Real Estate Professionals) has connected their appraisers to Mercury Network for streamlined, compliant appraisal delivery. With this connection appraisers using SFREP’s formfilling software, Appraise-It, are now directly connected to the nation's largest lenders and appraisal management companies (AMCs) for no-hassle delivery of UAD-compliant, Native XML appraisal reports.

SFREP appraisers will now be able to accept and deliver appraisal orders from Mercury Network’s lender and AMC clients using a MercuryDirect plugin, including large volume appraisal buyers such as AppraisalPort, LSI, CoreLogic, StreetLinks, Axios, Clear Capital, JVI, and more. SFREP appraisers will now have the same class-leading technology as a la mode’s appraiser clients, ensuring UAD-compliant and error-free final appraisal report delivery, eliminating delays and errors for lenders and AMCs as they submit loan files to the GSEs.
